mmo Auctioneer was started to be a companion to those interested in becoming wealthy, by any legal means, in their mmo of choice. Perhaps the most important point is that it is meant to lessen the time investment to become wealthy. Whether you’re already a pro at the auction house, trading channel, or at questing/grinding for gold or items, I am sure there will be something for you to contribute or even learn. For those who are already wealthy, or at maximum level who perhaps have their own methods such as questing or grinding, this site can also be a place for you to share those methods via our forum, or by leaving comments, or perhaps even writing a guest article. For those new to using an auction house in an mmo such as World of Warcraft, I have an auction house tutorial podcast series under podcasts. Participation is encouraged to help this community grow! With all the MMO’s already here and coming out in the future, it is my hope that this becomes a rich resource to becoming wealthy in the least amount of time/effort expended!

Since 1999 when the game Everquest sort of changed my life, one of my hobbies has been auctioneering in MMO’s. I have made many thousands of virtual bucks many different ways, thousands more worth of virtual items, and my current game for auctioneering is the most popular MMO out there, World of Warcraft. This site was started to become a strategy portal if you will, a site to share strategies that have been successful for making virtual currency. So with your help, perhaps we can turn this into a friendly community of folks who don’t mind sharing the wealth.
I also have a full time job and family, so my own time investment for MMO wealth has by necessity been fairly low. That is the great thing, though. It doesn’t have to require a lot of time to become wealthy.
